Made to Order

All pieces are made to order, our recommended time frame for your item to be made is 14-21 working days (not inc. weekends or holidays - Christmas holiday is 23rd Dec '22 to 2nd Jan '23) The next update that you will receive will be a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped. If you still haven’t received an email on the 21st working day please send us an email.

Due to the postage strikes, we are experiencing delays with fabrics/materials taking longer to arrive so some orders may be impacted by this and take longer than the recommended time frame.

We can not guarantee items to arrive for a specific date unless agreed on before placing an order.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final, no exceptions. We offer size exchanges or store credit. Please contact if you would like to request an exchange. The item has to be in an unworn and unused condition with all tags still attached, within 14 days of delivery.


UK - Orders over £100 are sent Royal Mail Special delivery which is £7.35. This is a fully trackable service with signature on delivery. Orders under £100 are sent 1st class signed for which is £4.99

International - International orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (Australia is just the Tracked service). Shipping is calculated at checkout, prices range from £14 to £20 depending on the weight of your order. International orders can take 7-14 days to arrive after dispatch.

If in the rare event that your order seems to be lost in the post. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. After this time period we are able to make a claim with Royal Mail and we will resend your order out to you.

We are not liable for any international customs charges that my incur. We do all we can so that our customers don’t have to pay customs charges.

Faulty Product

We are so sorry you have received a faulty item. If you could please email with your order number and photos of your faulty item so we can review it.
